WINTER THROWING PROGRAM

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Each player will be taught how to move efficiently through the body to maximize a throw while developing arm speed, endurance and strength. 

  • Shoulder/Elbow/Core strengthening protocol will be introduced and incorporated to enhance performance and ultimately help transition to a healthier and more productive delivery.  

  • Pitchers will also receive a notebook that will include plans, articles, ideas and more...

WHEN:

December 7 - January 21

PHASE 1:

Monday        8 pm - 10 pm

Wednesday  6 pm - 8 pm

Thursday     8 pm - 10 pm

January 25 - February 25

PHASE 2:

Monday        8 pm - 10 pm

Wednesday  6 pm - 9 pm

WHERE:

  • Centercourt Club and Sports

        -with 75 yards to long toss

  • 1/4 mile away from our facility

  • NEW this year, day three will be at Sawmill YMCA
