What To Expect…

Full Depth Performance has taken its next big leap by expanding to a 10,000 square foot gym/athletic training facility. We will be equipped with 4 professional tunnels, full weight room, pitching machines, Rapsodo (hitting/pitching), rehab equipment, and a full time staff that is willing to devote themselves to furthering athletic development.

As some of you know, our pitching coordinator, Eli Garcia, is from the Dominican Republic. What you may not know is that Eli is much more than just our pitching coordinator; he’s a member of our gym family who brings not only his expertise but his mentorship, positive energy, and big heart to everything he does at Full Depth and The Yard.⠀ ⠀ Unfortunately, the Dominican Republic was hit with devastating storms and flooding in November that left many families struggling to meet their basic needs.⠀ ⠀ Eli is heading down there at the end of the month, and he will be working with Luz Guenen, a long-time community advocate in Santo Domingo, to distribute supplies that will benefit those families. So this holiday season, we’re running a donation drive to benefit those families as well. If you’d like to participate, check out the post above for details. ⠀ ⠀

With the expansion taking place, we have rebranded our name to be known as, The Yard at Full Depth. this is the combination of the gym and sports training we will be offering. With four full length tunnels and an arena style cage that is 4,500 square feet of open turf space, the possibilities for sports training are endless. Wether you are looking for baseball training with our qualified instructors or you are simply a sports team looking to rent space, we have the ability to help.
